Marti, when I first used the tub & tile I had the same problem. I was using my spray bottle, not the one sold through the company designed for that product. Once I switched to Melaleuca’s bottle, it really helped. The cleaner is actually a foaming one, so it requires a special nozzle. That made a lot of difference. When I used my spray bottle it made me sneeze. After I switched to the other bottle it really made all the difference. You might try that.
I used the tub & tile and the fumes were very strong and ?? the ingredients in it./ Is it safe and toxic free? I had to turn the fan on and close the door it was so strong. I didn’t want my 5 yr old in there.
Love the tub and tile cleaner. Works great on shower doors. I have a mirror for husband in shower for shaving. I have tried everything to remove water stain from it. The tub and tile cleaner removed it easily., no problem!!!
Ohhh yes. If your stain is really big try using Tub & Tile full strength. This stuff is amazing.

I love the cleaning power of tub and tile, but I found the fumes to be too strong! Had to open my windows! I will try to dilute the solution to see if that will help.
This stuff is amazing. Before using Tub and Tile, I wasn’t able switch from shower to tub because there was so much junk clogging the lever. I clean my tub on a weekly basis and just by using Tub and Tile for the first time, I was able to use the lever with no problem. Additionally, it literally powered right through the grime on the bottom of my tub that Pine Sol doesn’t even touch. I would definatley recommend this product!
Tried on a friends tub. The bottom was so bad I thought it had lost the enamel. I sprayed it on the sides, which were just moldy, let it sit for 15 minutes and took a brush to it. Low and behold the stuff on the bottom started to come up. Professional cleaners for the apartment complex hadn’t gotten it off, my friend who had scrubbed with cleanser hadn’t budged it and Tub and Tile just melted it away. The worst case of soap scum I had ever seen. Gray and like cement. Wish I had a picture. We couldn’t believe it!

Best product ever! I used Tub & Tile on my shower doors. The result was astounding. I had tried all kinds of products (Lime Away, Kaboom, etc.) in an attempt to get rid of the soap scum and hard water stains. Nothing worked. I didn’t think the Tub & Tile would either. I’m glad I didn’t let my skepticism keep me from at least giving it a shot!
New use for this product – in your kitchen sink! Get’s all the food stains out without scrubbing. Just spray, let sit for a little while, and then rinse. Amazing product!
tub & tile what a great cleaning product , can be used for any tile cleang job that have, can be used to put in your wash for whites to make them turn out whiter. i have asma and i can stay right in the room while useing the product
cant do that with other cleaners,without getting sick,from breathing thoes toxic
chemical fumes. melaleuca products are non toxic non chemical.
the tub & tile cleans great, its 6 times consentrated and goes a long ways. try it i know you will like it.
Ha, I made Cream of Broccoli Soup yesterday and scorched the pan. After trying vinegar and lots of elbow grease, I sprayed it with Tub & Tile and it scoured right out!!
This was the first product I used from Melaleuca. My jaw hit the “clean” floor of my shower in just four minutes after spraying on the magic inside that bottle. The brown greasy spot that took lots of elbow grease and ajax just wiped away. I am sold heart and soul.
Best tub cleaner you will ever use hands down!!!
