I buy the body wash for my 7-year old son and we both LOVE this product! It lasts a looooong time — months. We use a mesh sponge which does not simply soak up the product, but allows the product to spread on the body and do the job. Top it off with the fact that this product is NON-TOXIC, and I’d recommend it to anyone.
Not everyone is going to like every product, But you have to uderstand that “Lather” is Not what does the cleaning, plus these Don’t have all of the harsh chemicals that the store brand products do. Hundreds of thousands of Mom’s would not agree with your assessment.
Plus if you had read your membership agreement of called the company and cancelled your membership by the 25th of the month you would Not have gotten a backup order nor been charged.
The shampoo doesn’t lather because it is Sulfate Free.
Lather does not = Clean!

My kids really like these bath products, esp the bubble bath that was available at Christmas. The bubbles last a long time. The shampoo works great and smells good, but not like perfume like so many of the others. I like that it is safer than OTC products.
This shampoo is so weak I think it might only have water in it. It does not lather up at all so in order to get it to lather up, you must use a very big portion of it. Not very economical esp when it is advertised that only a small dab will do, no it won’t. Not even for a small baby head, not even close for my girls with long hair. We have gone back to Suave and it works much better. Watch out when you try to close your account. I did and 3 months later Melaleuca is still trying to get me to pay $15 for a shipping charge that they shipped out stuff to me on. I refused the items so they got sent back, I had closed my account and my cc they had on file. But they will still try to send you your back up order and make you pay the shipping just b/c they won’t cx your account correctly. Watch out!
This is the only baby shampoo and body wash we will use. It smells great, and does not sting at all when it gets into the eyes, unlike some other products we’ve tried that claim to be “Tear Free”. My son’s hair is always shiny and tangle free after each use.
Sadly so far my couple experiences with Kokoala Shampoo have not been great, I’m finding it smells the same as our doggy shampoo,
no pretty smell, and i’m having to use conditioner every time when with previous products i didn’t have to.
My children have used this product and love it. I also use both the body wash and the hair shampoo. I have curly hair and this product helps to smooth out the frizzies and smooth out my hair. Love it.
My little girl is now 10 years old, so she has graduated to the adult products, however she was raised with Koala Pals products. I felt good that the products contain no formaldehyde. Now my older daughter is using Koala pals on her baby. We now have another generation of Melababies:)
My children love this shampoo very much. I feel safe for them because it has no sulfate.
